Bio

My passion for working with children stems from my deep admiration of their ability to approach the world authentically and full of wonder. In a world filled with demands, I strive to create a safe space where children can slow down, feel heard, and feel confident being their most authentic selves.
Through my background in early childhood education and as a pediatric therapist, I have experienced that children are incredibly resilient and capable of navigating even the biggest life transitions and stressors when they have the right tools. My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, developmentally appropriate, and fun. Play is a child’s natural language, and I believe in utilizing the power of play to help children process, explore, and express their emotions. I tailor the therapeutic experience to meet each child where they are, helping them to discover and embrace their unique strengths.
I love partnering with parents and helping them to feel truly connected to their child. There is nothing more rewarding than helping a family move from a place of overwhelm to a place of shared understanding. My goal is to support children and families in building a foundation of connection.
Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy traveling, being outdoors, spending time with family and friends, and tapping into my creativity with a fun art project.
