Bio

CTC_Website_icon_v copy.png

Growing up as the middle child of three girls, Kendra always had a natural ability to notice what was going on around her, particularly how others were feeling. She could sense when something was off, even if no one else saw it. But as a child, this sensitivity often felt like a burden.

Struggling with stomach aches and anxiety she didn’t need to be "fixed"—she needed a translator. Someone to help her and her parents understand what her body and intuition were trying to tell her.

Little did she know that what once made her feel different would become her greatest superpower as a leading entrepreneur in the field of mental health.

Today, as a therapist, speaker, and consultant, Kendra has channeled her passion for creativity, connection, and innovation into revolutionizing the field of child mental health care.

In 2021 she opened Child Therapy Center of Los Angeles, modern and thoughtful therapy centers providing exceptional care and real results for families across California. Her vision is clear: to raise the standard for how children and families are supported, creating spaces where holistic healing happens and kids can truly thrive.

Beyond therapy, Kendra is committed to shaping the mental health industry in a way that is both sustainable and impactful. She works with companies—large and small—offering insight into scalable growth, leadership, and strategies to prevent burnout among mental health professionals because making a difference in the world shouldn't come at the cost of one's own well-being.

At the heart of her work is the belief that kids don’t need to be changed—they need to be understood. Just as she once did.

This is why Child Therapy Center of Los Angeles exists: to listen, to translate, and to help children thrive. Exactly as they are.
