Bio

CTC_Website_icon_v copy.png

Every child has their own unique way of experiencing the world. When behavioral challenges, anxiety, or life transitions arise, children sometimes need extra support to navigate big emotions and adjust to changes. I'm committed to creating a warm, welcoming space where children feel seen and understood while supporting parents along the way.

My experience working with children and families has shown me that meaningful growth is possible when children are given the right tools and a safe space to express themselves. Play is a child's natural language, and I use play-based approaches to meet children where they are, helping them build emotional regulation skills and discover their unique strengths.

I love helping parents experience those moments when they truly understand their child's behaviors and gain insights to support their child's progress at home. Seeing families celebrate wins together and develop strategies that fit their unique dynamic is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.

In my free time, I enjoy visiting the farmers markets, spending time outdoors whether at the beach or on hiking trails, and reading a good book.
