Bio

CTC_Website_icon_v copy.png

As a therapist who finds immense joy in working with children and teens, I am passionate about creating a safe and engaging space where your child can truly thrive. I believe that play is a child’s natural language, and through play therapy, I can join your child in their world, helping them express themselves and explore their emotions in a way that feels comfortable and fun.

Every child is unique and I tailor my approach to meet their specific needs ensuring they feel understood and supported. With a deep sense of curiosity and care, I’m here to help your child grow, learn, and navigate any challenges they may face. As a family therapist, I believe it is important to include parents in the process and provide simple tools to deepen the connection with your child or teen.

As a play expert, I utilize a child-led approach, which allows me to enter a child’s inner world and join them in reaching their potential. With the integration of somatic interventions, I provide a space that allows for fun, healing, and progress.

My experience working with children in various settings—schools, groups, in-home, and one-on-one—gives me a unique perspective when addressing challenges. I have worked with children with autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and attachment disorders. I love collaborating with parents and families and believe their role is the key to a child’s healing and success beyond the therapy room.

In my free time, I enjoy staying active, painting, cooking with my partner, and reading!
