The short version. Your signed Care Plan agreement is the final word.
When does my plan begin?
Your plan begins on the 1st of the month after your Care Coordinator confirms your therapist, and renews on the 1st, using Pacific calendar dates. Nothing is charged when you sign up, and appointments before your plan begins stay at the regular rate.
Can I reschedule?
With at least 48 hours’ notice, you can reschedule within the same calendar month, subject to availability. A cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice or a no-show counts as a used session. There is no additional cancellation fee for that same session.
What happens to unused sessions?
Ordinary unused sessions expire at the end of the calendar month without rollover or refund. Ending therapy, therapist cancellations and practice-approved emergencies have the refund exceptions below.
What if therapy ends?
Remaining unused sessions canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice are refunded at the monthly price divided by included sessions. Completed and forfeited sessions keep their discounted price. Two refundable sessions on the $969 plan return $484.50.
What if my therapist cancels?
We offer rescheduling or another therapist with your agreement. If neither works, we refund the affected session at its plan rate. Practice-approved emergencies receive the same remedy.
How do I stop renewal?
End your plan any time in your client portal, under Billing, or call us at (424) 788-2826. It runs to the end of the month you’ve paid for, and nothing more is charged. Canceling renewal and ending therapy are separate requests.
Can I book extra sessions?
Yes, with availability and your agreement before charging. Extra appointments, including a fifth appointment in longer months, cost $225 with an associate or $285 with a licensed therapist.
Why is it called Two-Session rather than biweekly?
The smaller plan includes two sessions per calendar month, or 24 per year. It does not promise an appointment every other week. How often your child is seen remains a clinical decision, and plans are optional.
