Bio

I love working with children and teens because of their incredible resilience and natural capacity to grow. My approach to therapy focuses on creating a safe, supportive space where young people feel understood, empowered, and able to be themselves. I believe that with the right support, healing and meaningful change are always possible. In our work together, I help children and families strengthen communication, build confidence, and develop coping skills that support their overall well-being—while also making room for creativity, connection, and moments of joy.
Before entering private practice, I spent many years as a Pediatric Intensive Care social worker at UCLA, supporting children and families through some of life’s most challenging moments. This experience shaped my compassionate, family-centered approach to care.
In addition to working with clients, I have spent many years providing clinical supervision to associate therapists, mentoring and supporting clinicians in their work with children and families.
I believe every child and family is unique and am committed to providing thoughtful, individualized care that meets each client where they are.
Outside of work, I enjoy swimming, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
