Bio

CTC_Website_icon_v copy.png

When your emotions feel intense, confusing, or overwhelming, therapy offers a space to slow down and make sense of what’s happening inside.

Together, we create room to understand your feelings rather than fighting them. I help you identify patterns, reconnect with your inner world, and uncover what sits beneath the anxiety, sadness, or anger.
As you begin therapy, you can expect to feel more grounded, seen, and understood. A sense of relief is on the other side of the first session, a step towards no longer have to hold everything alone. With time, you may notice more self-trust, a stronger sense of worth, and a deeper connection to who you truly are.

My style is casual, connective, and direct. With a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive approach, I support your growth while considering your lived experiences. I have experience working with adults, adolescents, children, and
families. I draw from integrative therapeutic methods that emphasize the mind–body connection. Together, we’ll
explore what brought you to therapy and determine the approaches that best support your progress.

If you’re ready to take the next step, book a Thriving Child Strategy call!
