Bio

CTC_Website_icon_v copy.png

I feel deeply honored to be welcomed into a child’s inner world, where healing, growth, and the discovery of unique strengths can unfold through connection, play, and hope. In my work with children, teens, adults, and parents, I bring warmth, empathy, and a strong understanding of family dynamics to help clients feel supported and empowered.

I especially enjoy partnering with parents and caregivers to better understand their child’s emotional world while strengthening connection and communication at home. I believe children thrive when they feel supported both in therapy and within their relationships.

My background includes working with diverse populations in community mental health, schools, homes, and mentoring settings. I love helping young people build confidence, discover their strengths, and develop tools to navigate life’s challenges.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy comedy shows, concerts, hiking, running, and spending time with friends and loved ones. Community, creativity, movement, and self-care are important parts of my life and values I strive to model for the clients and families I work with.
