Bio

CTC_Website_icon_v copy.png

I believe childhood should be a time of safety, discovery, and joy—but I also know that life’s challenges can interrupt that sense of ease. My work is rooted in the belief that with the right support, every child can return to a place of security, confidence, and connection.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent years as a family law attorney, where I witnessed firsthand the emotional toll that transitions, like divorce, can have on families. That experience shaped my deep commitment to supporting children and parents through life’s hardest moments with clarity, compassion, and hope.

I specialize in helping children feel truly seen and understood. Using a developmentally attuned and brain-based approach, I help kids make sense of their big feelings and support parents in strengthening the bonds that matter most. There's nothing more fulfilling than helping a family rediscover joy and connection.

When I’m not in the therapy room, you can find me adventuring with my teenagers and partner, walking my dogs along the beach, or getting lost in a good novel.
