Bio

CTC_Website_icon_v copy.png

I’ve always been drawn to working with children and teens because of their natural ability to be their true selves. As adults, we often lose touch with the playful, loving spirit we had as kids. My approach honors that spirit—both its inspiring energy and its vulnerability in the face of life’s challenges. Working with young minds on discovering and learning to value their unique gifts has continually demonstrated the magic that manifests when our emotional world is valued and uplifted.

Through my work, I’ve seen how each child and family is shaped by different life experiences. I meet children and teens where they are, building trust and connection to help them understand themselves, heal from past hurts, and grow in confidence and joy.

One of the most rewarding parts of this work is partnering with parents. I deeply respect the challenges of parenting—the emotional weight and constant juggling it requires. I believe that meaningful progress with kids happens when we also support and honor their caregivers. I aim to create strategies that fit each family’s unique needs, always with the goal of strengthening bonds and fostering growth.

Outside of my work at CTC, I find joy in walking my dog Miley, spending time with family, scrapbooking, and watching reality TV.
