Bio

CTC_Website_icon_v copy.png

My experience working with children, teens, and families has given me the opportunity to
support clients across homes, schools, clinics, and community settings. Through this work, I’ve seen firsthand how meaningful a strong therapeutic relationship can be for both children and their families.

Whether helping a child better express their emotions, supporting a teen through
anxiety or life transitions, or collaborating with parents to strengthen connection, I strive to create a space where kids and teens feel comfortable being themselves and know they don’t have to navigate challenges alone.

One of the most meaningful parts of my work is watching children and teens begin to truly open up, seeing their confidence grow and their personalities shine through as they begin to feel safer, more hopeful, and more understood in different areas of their lives. I also love working collaboratively with parents to help them better understand their child’s emotional world.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy Pilates, spending time near the ocean, and trying new coffee shops and restaurants. I believe enjoying the small moments of life is an important part of emotional well-being, and something I try to bring into my work with every client and family I support.
