From a young age, I’ve been drawn to the magic and complexity of childhood—the curiosity, creativity, and emotional depth that children naturally carry. I believe that every child wants to connect, communicate, and feel understood—and with the right support, they absolutely can.

My work at the Child Development Institute (CDI) gave me the incredible opportunity to support children as young as 16 months and up to 11 years old. I’ve worked with families in homes, schools, clinics, and community settings, and I’ve seen firsthand how transformative the right therapeutic relationship can be. Whether supporting a toddler’s first words or helping a school-aged child build emotional resilience, I bring warmth, playfulness, and developmental expertise to each session.

One of the most meaningful parts of my work is helping parents feel more connected to their children. I love guiding families to those powerful “aha” moments—when a child accomplishes something they’ve been working toward, or when a parent sees their child with new clarity and compassion.

When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll find me staying grounded through hiking, pilates, hot yoga, and dancing. I also love experimenting in the kitchen and finding joy in the little things—something I try to bring into every session with the families I serve.
