Bio

CTC_Website_icon_v copy.png

I love working with children and teens because they experience so much change during these critical years of development! Often, with an extra layer of support, kids and their families can navigate “growing up” with more joy and less stress. I support parents to become more in sync and present with their child, allowing them to enjoy rich emotional parenting moments.

I completed my clinical training at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, where I supported children with blood cancers and acute medical/surgical needs. I then worked with bereaved individuals at OUR HOUSE Grief Support Center prior to joining CTCLA. Through these experiences, I have learned that the human spirit bends toward healing. We are adaptive, creative and resilient when given tailored support and tools.

My personal wellness practices include the occasional sauna/cold plunge (brr!), reading a great book, and practicing Qi Gong.
